Just had to drop you a line to say how genuinely thrilled I am with my order which arrived today. It has been delivered early which relieves some of the 'Will it be delivered in time...?' worry and is absolutely perfect. I'm so sorry I haven't replied earlier to the delivery of my scrabble gift, please do not think it is any reflection on my feelings about the gift.
The service has been A1 from the beginning the response to my queries and requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
After sending me two beautiful designs you set to making it and this was done and sent to me in fantastic time, and there was me worrying it wouldn't arrive in time for the wedding.
I was so excited to see it, a beautiful bespoke one of a kind wedding gift for my sister and her new husband and I was not disappointed. 
The design is beautiful and the quality of the workmanship is easily seen. I simply cant wait to give this gift and if they are half as impressed with it than I am then it will be an instant hit. I am chief bridesmaid at their wedding and doing the 'father of the bride' speech at the end of the speech I am presenting this gift to them in front of all the wedding guests so everyone will get to see it.
Thank you so much for your time and the best present I think i've given, I will let you know their reaction after the big day.
